Refika Beyazateş was born in 1953 in Bilecik. Beyazateş graduated from Maltepe Vocational High School Handcrafts. For thirty years, she taught crafts and filigree (jewelry technology), kazaziye, wax mold, wicker knitting as a qualified instructor at Kartal Public Education Center. After retirement, she worked in Didim Public Education Center between 2016-2018 in filigree and kazaziye courses. She raised more than a thousand students. Nuray Aksoy, Selver Saraç, Ayfer Akbulut are some of these qualified instructors.
