Sevdiye Nilgün Acar, born in 1958, is a graduate of Şişli High School. She received training through a master-apprentice relationship, took classes from Neşe Aybey and Nilgün Gencer. Acar worked as a teacher in the Miniature Club at Kültür High School between 2003-2007. She participated in many personal and group exhibitions.
