Turan Gökmenoğlu was born in 1957 in Sinop. He took pebbles and mosaics lessons from Fehim İbrahimhakkıoğlu in 2008. He participated in İSMEK exhibitions with his artworks with pebbles and mosaics in 2009. His artwork has been exhibited in Gaziantep Zeugma Museum with the result of Gaziantep International Mosaics Competition. He attended in Painters Association Art House Beyoğlu Mosaics Group Exhibition and “Benim Şapkam Mozaik” exhibition which is conducted in Nicosia Bedesten in 2016.
