Azime Uğur was born in 1971 in Çankırı. She graduated from Gazi University, Faculty of Vocational Education and received her master's degree in Sakarya University Educational Sciences Institute Career and Psychological Counseling Department. She started taking ebru lessons from Alparslan Babaoğlu in Üsküdar Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. Alparslan Babaoğlu and his students attended the group exhibition and the Ahde Vefa group exhibition. She participated in 19th State Turkish Decorative Arts Competition with the work "Battal", received the award of achievement and exhibited her work named “Armoni”. Uğur still continues her works on art of ebru.
