Enver Bekkaya was born in Şebinkarahisar district of Giresun in 1958. He is a graduate of Beyoğlu Business High School. He started working on marbling art in 2007, and improved himself in the art with the classes he took from Ömer Önder Cankurtaran, Banu Arığ, Timuçin Tanarslan and Firdevs Çalkanoğlu. Bekkaya participated in many exhibitions. He worked as a master instructor at Bakırköy Public Education Center for a period.
