Neslihan Sarıhanoğlu was born in 1973 in İstanbul. After she graduated from Marmara University Economy Department she completed his graduate education in the same department of the same university. She studied the sulüs style of khatt with Fuat Başar. She worked in private companies between 1997 and 2009. She attended ebru lessons of Fuat Başar in Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. She completed Alparslan Babaoğlu's ebru lessons. Along with the art of ebru he also learned the art of khatt, special technic to make the paper much useful for writing called "aharlama" and translations into Ottoman language. 

In the year 2017; she won encouragement award in "7 tepe 7 sanat" International Istanbul Classical Arts Competition, second prize in Karesi'nin Hünerli Elleri competition and Traditional Arts Competition. He also took exhibition award in Turkish Decorative Arts Competition. She continues her works with his master.
