Sultan Öztekin Ağın was born in 1972 in Samsun. She graduated from Anatolian University Faculty of Finance. In 1998, she started to work on illumination, miniature and ebru. She took sülüs and nesih classes from Tevfik Kalp in Kubbealtı Academy. She took ebru education from T. Alparslan Babaoğlu in Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. She attented various group exhibitions, and still continues to take ebru lessons.
