She graduated from Gazi University Craft Teaching. She started to work in 1991. She still continues her profession at at Yalova İbni Sina Special Education Practice School with students who are autistic. Erdil took part in many exhibitions and projects. She believes that handicraft exercises have a great effect on people as a therapy and therefore she observes the positive effects of occupational therapy, especially for autistic students.
