Menaf Nam was born in 1980 in Bingöl. While continuing his high school education he started to draw with the pen. She started art of khatt with Süleyman Berk and he learned the rik'a style. He worked the writing of sülüs with Osman Özçay. He still continues his works with Osman Özçay. He has seven awards in various awards from competitions in Turkey and abroad. The works of the artist which exhibited in important foundations could be encountered in different collections.
