Nezahat Öztütüncü was born in 1965 in Üsküdar. She worked as an accountant for a private company. She took ceramic and lathe lessons from Işın Sarpkaya and Elif Acar. In 2011, she opened tiles and ceramic workshop. Öztütün, who has been trained by Nazan Ilgaz in tiles and pattern design in the consultancy of Latife Aktan Özel, is working on classical tile technics. She has participated in various exhibitions.
