Topçu was born in Adana in 1976. After graduating from different departments of various universities, Topçu combined her education background with the professional roles of project specialist, manager, instructor and master instructor. She gives trainings on shoe making, leathercraft, marbling and illumination on leather, sculptures out of leather, and clothing, shoe and sandals design. Topçu organizes leather bag and clothing production workshops for children and women in Muğla Dalaman.
