Aziz Dönmez was born in Erzincan in 1953. He started working with Abdullah Şap in 1964, and has been continuing his works at his workshop in Kuledibi since 1976. Dönmez makes household goods such as table frames, consoles and mirrors, along with outdoor gilding applications on historical fountains, epitaphs.
