Fatma Akkoyunlu was born in Kayseri in 1970. She is a graduate of Erciyes University Business Administration Faculty. Akkoyunlu took illumination classes from Nilüfer Kurfeyz and Selim Sağlam. She started her miniature training at the Classical Turkish Arts Center at Yıldız Palace Şale Kiosk and has been continuing her training at Bağlarbaşı Traditional Arts Specialization Center with the classes she took from Dilek Yerlikaya. Her works were exhibited in many exhibitions.
