Özlem Öztürk was born in 1980. She studies at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Department of Turkish Language and Literature. Öztürk started her illumination training with Hatice Aksu in 2010 and continued for five years, she still studies illumination with Serap Bostancı Tuluk at Topkapı Palace. She attended the miniature classes of Yasemin Akyol at İSMEK for two years, starting from 2013, and continues her miniature studies with Berrin Çakin Güç at İSMEK Specialization Center.
