Born in 1973 in Zonguldak, Sipahi graduated from Gazi University School of Higher Education Department of Business Administration and Anadolu University Faculty of Open Education Social Services Associate Degree Program. Having received certificates of mastership in hand and machine embroidery and decorative handicrafts from the Ministry of National Education, General Directorate of Vocational and Technical Education, Sipahi worked as a master instructor at Kocaeli Public Education Centers (Izmit, Körfez, Derince) between 2020 and 2023. Holder of the title of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer awarded by the General Directorate of Living Heritage and Cultural Activities of Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism, Sipahi continues her education at Selçuk University, Faculty of Architecture and Design, Department of Handicrafts, and works as a master instructor at Manisa Public Education Center (Şehzadeler).
