Having started his grandfather’s profession of leather craftsmanship as a hobby in 1983 and making it professional within a few years, İnözü began selling his products in touristic shops and DÖSİM stores as of 1985. Inözü began teaching as a contracted artist at Çukurova University in 1992, and founded the Akdeniz Geleneksel El Sanatları Derneği (AGESDER) (Mediterranean Traditional Handicrafts Association) in 2015, serving as its president for five years. During his presidency, Inözü brought many festivals, exhibitions, biennials, competitions and projects to life and participated in various exhibitions both in Türkiye and abroad. He was awarded the Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer Artist Identification Card by the General Directorate of Research and Education of Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2016. The artist, who retired in 2020 and settled in Eski Foça, continues to work there.
