Sibel Özer was born in Istanbul in 1977. She graduated from Maramra University Business Administration Department in 1999. Özer took marbling classes from Birol Biçer in 2001-2002, and has been continuing her studies at Mahmut Peşteli Marbling Workshop since 2014. She participated in the exhibition named “Meşk” organized at Peşteli Workshop in 2015.
